Dr. Bold begins with an exam of Nurse Jana, which includes a full rectal cavity probe and temperature. He then gives Nurse Jana a series of three enemas, and the camera captures her expelling after each enema. Jade and Tina Tiedright also perform a how to clinic for enema beginners and professionals. Tina takes nearly a full gallon using a catheter tube and then runs to the toilet!
